Cape San Antonio, Cuba
Cape San Antonio ( es, Cabo San Antonio), is a cape which forms the western extremity of the Guanahacabibes Peninsula and the western extremity of Cuba. It extends into the Yucatán Channel, and is part of the municipality of Sandino, in Pinar del Río Province. According to the International Hydrographic Organization, it marks the division point between the Caribbean Sea to the south and Gulf of Mexico to the north. Caribbean Sea

Guanahacabibes Peninsula
Guanahacabibes Peninsula is the westernmost point on the island of Cuba. It is located in Pinar del Río Province, in the municipality of Sandino and is sparsely populated. The waters surrounding the peninsula are important spiny lobster and red snapper fishing grounds. It also boasts the category of ''Biosphere Reserve'', listed by UNESCO in 1987. The Yucatán Channel or Straits of Yucatán (Spanish: ''Canal de Yucatán'') is a strait between Mexico and Cuba. It connects the Yucatán Basin of the Caribbean Sea with the Gulf of Mexico. Sandino, Cuba
Sandino is a municipality and town in the Pinar del Río Province of Cuba. The town is located close to the coast and as such, fishing is the main economic resource of this place. It is also the gateway to the Guanahacabibes Peninsula, a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. History The municipality was named after the Nicaraguan revolutionary, Augusto César Sandino. Pinar del Río is one of the provinces of Cuba. It is at the western end of the island of Cuba. Geography The Pinar del Río province is Cuba's westernmost province and contains one of Cuba's three main mountain ranges, the Cordillera de Guaniguanico, divided into the easterly Sierra del Rosario and the westerly Sierra de los Órganos. Cabo Corrientes, Cuba
Cabo Corrientes is a cape on the Guanahacabibes Peninsula in Pinar del Río Province, in the west of Cuba. It is covered by a protected nature reserve. The cape has been the scene of various pirate encounters and shipwrecks. During World War II (1939–45) several ships were sunk near the cape. There is a hotel for researchers and ecotourists or scuba divers. Location The cape extends from the south of the Guanahacabibes Peninsula, to the east of the Bahia de Corrientes. It is covered in dense forest and jagged rocks. A road runs along the bay to the village of Maria la Gorda.
