CB Prat
Club Bàsquet Prat is a basketball team based in El Prat de Llobregat, Catalonia (Spain). The team currently plays in league LEB Oro. History Basketball arrived to El Prat de Llobregat in 1932 with the constitution of the ''Esplai Grupo 49'' in the Federation of Young Christians of Catalonia. Basketball continued being played in the parish of Sant Pere i Sant Pau before 1951, when the Club Bàsquet Prat is founded. The club started playing in the regional leagues until 1962, when the club achieves promotion the Spanish second division for the first time in its history; remaining in the league after their debut season, by winning the relegation playoffs. In the 1990s the club signs a collaboration agreement with former EuroLeague winner Joventut Badalona, becoming its affiliated team and playing with the name of ''CB Prat Joventut''. Liga Española De Baloncesto
The Liga Española de Baloncesto, also known as LEB Oro, is the second basketball division of the Spanish basketball league system after the Liga ACB. It is run by the FEB. The Liga Española de Baloncesto is divided into two categories (the other one is the LEB Plata). The LEB league was founded in 1996 and is played under FIBA rules. It was renamed LEB Oro in 2007. The league is contested by 18 clubs. Each season, the top-finishing team in the LEB Oro are automatically promoted to the Liga ACB. The teams that finish the season in 2nd to 9th place enter a playoff tournament, with the winner also gaining promotion to the Liga ACB. The three lowest-finishing teams in the LEB Oro are relegated to LEB Plata. Guillem Vives Torrent (born 16 June 1993) is a Spanish professional basketball player for Joventut Badalona of the Spanish Liga ACB. He is also a member of the senior Spain national team. At a height of 1.92 m (6'3 "), he plays primarily at the point guard position. Professional career On 7 July 2014 he signed a three-year contract with the Spanish team Valencia Basket. Pau Ribas
Pau Ribas Tossas (born 2 March 1987) is a Spanish professional basketball player for Joventut Badalona of the Spanish Liga ACB. Standing at , he primarily plays the shooting guard position. His father, Jordi Ribas, was also a professional basketball player. Professional career Ribas played with Prat, and then with the Spanish ACB League club Joventut Badalona, before joining the Spanish EuroLeague club Caja Laboral in 2009. The 2019–20 LEB Plata season was the 20th season of the Spanish basketball third league. It started on 21 September 2019 with the first round of the regular season and was curtailed on 25 May 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Format changes On 8 June 2019, the General Assembly of the Spanish Basketball Federation agreed to expand the promotion playoffs to eight teams, being these from the second to the ninth qualified of the Group A1 of the second stage and the winner of the Group A2. The 2014–15 LEB Oro season is the 19th season of the Liga Española de Baloncesto, the Spanish basketball second division. It is named Adecco Oro as its sponsored identity. The season will start on October 3 and will end on May 15, 17 or 19 with the last game of the promotion playoffs finals.
