Benjamin Lister (New Zealand Cricketer)
Benjamin George Lister (born 1 January 1996) is a New Zealand cricketer. He made his first-class cricket, first-class debut for Auckland cricket team, Auckland in the 2017–18 Plunket Shield season on 7 November 2017. The following week, he took his maiden five-wicket haul in first-class cricket, with figures of five wickets for 29 runs against Northern Districts men's cricket team, Northern Districts. He made his List A cricket, List A debut for Auckland in the 2017–18 Ford Trophy on 3 December 2017. He made his Twenty20 debut for Auckland in the 2017–18 Super Smash on 13 December 2017. In June 2018, he was awarded a contract with Auckland for the 2018–19 season. In September 2018, he was named in the Auckland cricket team, Auckland Aces' squad for the 2018 Abu Dhabi T20 Trophy. 2019–20 Ford Trophy
The 2019–20 Ford Trophy was the 49th season of The Ford Trophy, the List A cricket tournament in New Zealand. It was the ninth in a sponsorship deal between New Zealand Cricket and Ford Motor Company. It took place between November 2019 and February 2020. As per the previous edition of the competition, the tournament featured ten rounds of matches. Wellington were the defending champions. Following the conclusion of the group stage, Auckland advanced directly to the final, with Canterbury and Otago progressing to the elimination final. New Zealand Cricket Team In Pakistan In 2022–23 (April 2023)
The New Zealand cricket team toured Pakistan in April and May 2023 to play five One Day International (ODI) matches and five Twenty20 International (T20I) matches. The tour was to make up for the series that was postponed in September 2021. The ODI series was not part of the Super League. However, it formed part of both teams' preparations for the 2023 Cricket World Cup. In April 2022, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) confirmed that the series would be taking place. In May 2022, New Zealand Cricket confirmed that they would compensate the PCB for the postponed series, as well as playing extra matches on the tour. A substitute in the sport of cricket is a replacement player that the umpires allow when a player has been injured or become ill, after the nomination of the players at the start of the game. The rules for substitutes appear in Law 24 of the '' Laws of Cricket''. Overview A substitute can act for the injured or ill player in the field, although they may not bowl, bat or act as captain, unless otherwise agreed by the captains. A player may bat, bowl and field even if he has had a substitute for part of the game, though they need to wait for a period equal to their time off the field until they bat or bowl again. Mark Sinclair Chapman (born 27 June 1994) is a Hong Kong-born New Zealand international cricketer who has played limited over internationals for Hong Kong and New Zealand. Currently playing for New Zealand, Chapman is a left-handed batsman who bowls slow left-arm orthodox.
