It was created along with Beauce-Nord for the 1973 election from parts of Beauce electoral district, at the same time also gaining a piece of the old Frontenac district. Saint-Côme–Linière () is a municipality in the Beauce-Sartigan Regional County Municipality in the Chaudière-Appalaches region of Quebec, Canada. The official spelling given by the Commission de toponymie uses an en dash after "Saint-Côme", but the town's own website uses a second hyphen: Saint-Côme—Linière. The population is 3,278 as of 2021. Saint-Côme–Linière was constituted by the amalgamation of the parish municipality of Saint-Côme-de-Kennebec and the village of Linière on August 17, 1994. Saint-Côme was named after Arabian-born Christian martyr Saint Cosmas and Linière received its name from the Lord who was first granted the land and cultivated fields of flax ("Lin" in French). Saint-Ludger is a municipality in the Le Granit Regional County Municipality in Beauce, Quebec, Canada, on the Canada–United States border. Population is 1,074 as of 2021. Saint-Georges () is a city in the province of Quebec. It is the seat of Beauce-Sartigan Regional County Municipality, part of the Chaudière-Appalaches region. The population was 32,935 as of the Canada 2021 Census. Route 173 runs through Saint-Georges Est (where it is known as Boulevard Lacroix) and heads south to the border with Maine, USA. The name of the parish and of the city, Saint-Georges, is in homage to George Pozer, the fourth seigneur of Aubert-Gallion. The Beauce-Etchemin School Board (''Commission scolaire de la Beauce-Etchemin'') has its headquarters on 118th Street. Saint-Georges is home to the Cégep Beauce-Appalaches. Saint-Robert-Bellarmin is a municipality in the Municipalité régionale de comté du Granit in Estrie, Quebec, Canada, located on the Canada–United States border. Population is 529 as of 2021.
