Beat Holdings Limited (, ja, ビート・ホールディングス・リミテッド), formerly known as Xinhua Holdings Limited (; ja, ファイナンス・リミテッド) and Xinhua Finance, is a company founded in 1999. It is headquartered in Hong Kong, listed on the Tokyo Standard Board (9399), and is engaged in the provision of financial information and services, primarily in the Chinese market. The company's subsidiary, Xinhua Finance Media Ltd, was listed on NASDAQ (), but was unlisted in 2011 after the exposure of a scandal. Xinhua News Agency owned a stake in Xinhua Finance of 3.45% in February 2006. However, the state-owned news agency had sold all of its stake prior to 2007.
