Brad Tursi
Old Dominion is an American country music band formed in Nashville, Tennessee. The band consists of Matthew Ramsey (lead vocals), Trevor Rosen (guitar, keyboards), Whit Sellers (drums), Geoff Sprung (bass guitar), and Brad Tursi (guitar). Their music is contemporary country with rock instrumentation, and has pop overtones. The band has released four full-length albums and three EPs. They released their self-titled EP in 2014, followed in the next year by their debut studio album, ''Meat and Candy'' on RCA Records Nashville, which includes the singles "Break Up with Him", " Snapback", and "Song for Another Time". Their second album '' Happy Endings'' was released in 2017, which includes the singles " No Such Thing as a Broken Heart", " Written in the Sand", and " Hotel Key". The 54th Academy of Country Music Awards was held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada on April 7, 2019. Nominations were announced on February 20, 2019 by Reba McEntire during CBS This Morning, with Chris Stapleton and Dan + Shay leading with six nominations each. McEntire returned to host the awards for the sixteenth time. Jason Aldean was presented with the ACM's rare honor "Artist of the Decade" by previous holder George Strait. ''Old Dominion'' is the third studio album by the American country music band of the same name. It was released on October 25, 2019 via RCA Records Nashville. Content The band announced the album's release in July 2019. At the time, the album had produced two singles: " Make It Sweet" and "One Man Band", the latter of which the band debuted on ''Good Morning America'' following the release announcement. The band promoted the album throughout 2019 on the Make It Sweet Tour. On August 7, 2020, the band released a "meow mix" of the album, featuring all of the vocals replaced with the word "meow". Army Of Me (band)
Army of Me is a band formed in Washington, D.C. History Vocalist and guitarist Vince Scheuerman grew up in a Gaithersburg, Maryland religious community. Feeling frustrated with mainstream culture, he turned to music as an outlet. Scheuerman and long-time friend John Hutchins, bass, joined a ska band, Sidewinders SC, but quit to start their own project. The pair formed Cactus Patch in 2001 with drummer Dennis Manuel. Under the name Cactus Patch, they self-released 3 EPs on CD-Rs and one self-titled album. They changed their name to ''Army of Me'' not long after winning the WHFS Big Break contest which granted them an opening slot at the 2001 HFStival. Lord Botetourt High School (LBHS) is a high school in Daleville, Virginia. It was built in 1958 and opened in the fall of 1959. LBHS is one of two high schools in Botetourt County, the other being James River High School in Buchanan. Marching percussion instruments are instruments specially designed to be played while moving. This is achieved by attaching the drum(s) to a special harness (also called a carrier or rack) worn by the drummer, although not all marching bands use such harnesses and instead use traditional baldrics to sling their drums (the British Armed Forces, for instance, still use the old style of slung drums).
