Boom Bap Project
Boom Bap Project is an American Northwest hip hop group from Portland, Oregon. It consists of Karim, DJ Scene, and Destro, who are also part of the Oldominion collective. History Boom Bap Project released the first album, ''Circumstance Dictates'', in 2001. After the release of the album, DJ Tre was replaced by DJ Scene. In 2005, Boom Bap Project released the album ''Reprogram'' on Rhymesayers Entertainment. Most of the album was produced by Jake One and Vitamin D. It featured guest appearances from Gift of Gab and Rakaa, among others. AllMusic (previously known as All Music Guide and AMG) is an American online music database. It catalogs more than three million album entries and 30 million tracks, as well as information on musicians and bands. Snowgoons
History Snowgoons is a German underground hip hop production team composed of DJ Illegal (Manuu Rückert) and Det Gunner (D. Keller). In 2011, producers Sicknature (Jeppe Andersen) from Denmark and J.S. Kuster (Johann Sebastian Kuster) from Germany joined the group. Det and DJ Illegal first started in 1999 as the two original members. In 2006, they decided to a add a third member, Torben from Germany, who was a part of the group until 2008. After Torben left, they decided to add a third member again in the same year, DJ Waxwork from Germany, who was a part of the group until 2009. The Snowgoons are known for using orchestral/epic samples and for working with underground MCs, like members of Wu-Tang Clan, AOTP, Boot Camp Click and La Coka Nostra. Gift Of Gab (rapper)
Timothy Jerome Parker (October 7, 1970 – June 18, 2021), better known by his stage name Gift of Gab, was an American rapper best known for performing in the Bay Area hip hop duo Blackalicious along with DJ Chief Xcel. He was also a member of Quannum Projects, a Bay Area hip hop crew and record label, and performed and recorded as a solo artist. Life Timothy Jerome Parker was born in 1970 and raised in the Pacoima neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. He had two brothers and a sister at time of death, he also had two sisters that passed before him. He attended high school in Sacramento with his future bandmate Xavier "Chief Xcel" Mosley. In the years leading up to 2020, Parker had suffered from kidney failure and was receiving dialysis multiple times a week. In January 2020, Parker received a kidney transplant. Scene has performed with a variety of different artists, including 50 Cent, Ludacris, Nas, Tiesto, Busta Rhymes, Benny Benassi, Jurassic 5, Fedde Le Grand, The Roots, De La Soul, Naughty By Nature, Lil Jon, DJ Premier, DJ AM, Common, Public Enemy, Sir Mix-A-Lot, and Method Man.
