Boiu Mare
Boiu Mare ( hu, Nagybúny) is a commune in Maramureș County, Transylvania, Romania. It is composed of four villages: Boiu Mare, Frâncenii Boiului (''Frinkfalva''), Prislop (''Jóháza''), and Românești (''Szalmapatak''). The commune is located in the southwestern part of Maramureș County, south of the county seat, Baia Mare, on the border with Sălaj County. It is crossed by county road DJ109G, which starts in Mesteacăn, to the west, and ends in Târgu Lăpuș, some to the east. 2021 Romanian Census
The 2021 Romanian census ( ro, Recesământul Populației și Locuințelor 2021 (RPL2021)) was a census held in Romania between 1 February and 31 July 2022, with the reference day for the census data set at 1 December 2021.
