Bogdan Radovanović
Bogdan V. Radovanović ( sr-Cyrl, Богдан В. Радовановић; born 10 October 1989) is a Serbian politician. He has served in the National Assembly of Serbia since February 2024 as a member of the Green–Left Front (ZLF). Early life and career Radovanović has a Bachelor of Laws degree. He was the director of a company in Sevojno for five years and afterward worked as a lawyer for ''Dunav auto''. He lives in Požega. Politician Radovanović was a founding member of the local Initiative for Požega (''Inicijativa za Požegu'', IZP) party in 2018. In 2021, Serbian prime minister Ana Brnabić accused the IZP of spreading false information about Serbian president Aleksandar Vučić's son; Radovanović later refuted this claim. The IZP announced a co-operation agreement with Nebojša Zelenović's civic platform initiative (which later became the ''Akcija'' movement) in April 2021. 2023 Serbian Local Elections
Local elections in 65 cities and municipalities in Serbia were held on 17 December 2023. Initially scheduled to be held in 2024, Aleksandar Vučić, the president of Serbia, announced, first in September and again in October 2023, that local elections could be held in December 2023, concurrently with the provincial and parliamentary elections. Following his announcement in September 2023, mayors and presidents of municipalities, including the capital Belgrade, resigned for the local elections to take place on 17 December. Serbian Progressive Party
The Serbian Progressive Party ( sr-cyrl, Српска напредна странка, Srpska napredna stranka, SNS) has been the ruling political party of Serbia since 2012. Founded by Tomislav Nikolić and Aleksandar Vučić in 2008 as a split from the far-right Serbian Radical Party (SRS), the SNS served in opposition to the Democratic Party (DS) for the next several years. Running on an anti-corruption platform, it managed a strong performance in the 2009 Belgrade local elections, and in the same year, became the strongest opposition party. Serbia Against Violence ( sr-Cyrl, Србија против насиља, Srbija protiv nasilja, abbr. SPN) is an opposition coalition of political parties in Serbia. Formalised in October 2023, SPN took part in the parliamentary, Vojvodina provincial, Belgrade City Assembly elections and elections for city assemblies in other cities, all of which were held on 17 December 2023. We Must ( sr-cyrl, Морамо, Moramo; stylised as Moramo,) is a parliamentary group in the City Assembly of Belgrade. It took part as a political coalition in the 2022 Serbian general election. Initially formed in November 2021, when Together for Serbia (ZZS), Do not let Belgrade drown (NDB) and Ecological Uprising (EU) signed an agreement to participate in the 2022 general election under a joint list, it was formalised as a coalition in January 2022.
