Jan Björklund
Jan Arne Björklund (born 18 April 1962) is a Swedish Liberal politician. He was member of the Riksdag from 2006 to 2019, representing Stockholm County, and served as leader of the Liberals from 2007 to 2019. Björklund served as Minister for Education from 2007 to 2014, and as Deputy Prime Minister of Sweden from 2010 to 2014. He was designated Swedish Ambassador to Italy on 28 May 2020 and took office on 1 September 2020. Joachim Björklund (born 15 March 1971) is a Swedish former professional Association football, footballer who played as a centre back. He is the assistant coach of Sarpsborg 08 FF, Sarpsborg 08 in the Norwegian Eliteserien. Anders Björklund' (born 11 July 1945) is a Swedish neuroscientist and pioneer in the study of cell- and gene-based reparative and neuroprotective mechanisms in the brain. Gustafva Björklund (1794–1862) was a Swedish cookery book-author and restaurant owner. Biography Björklund was originally from Finland, but moved to Sweden as a child, and worked as a domestic and waitress on several locations. In 1833, she was employed as a waitress at the Gentlemen's club '' Lilla Sällskapet'' in Stockholm, and when it was dissolved in 1840, she took it over and managed it herself until 1851, during which time it was one of the most popular restaurants for the capital's upper classes. After 1851, she managed more humble establishments, and supported herself by renting out rooms. In 1847, she published her cookery book ''Kokbok'', which became a success and was reprinted in several editions and was followed by additional works in cookery, such as the ''Kok-bok för tjenare och tarfliga hushåll'' (1851).
