Bjarte Tjøstheim (born 26 July 1967) is a Norway, Norwegian comedian, radio host and actor. He is best known for his appearance as sidekick in the popular Norwegian radio show Radioresepsjonen, which has been running on NRK since 2006. In 2014 he was awarded "Norway's funniest man". Kristiansand is a seaside resort city and municipality in Agder county, Norway. A sidekick is a slang expression for a close companion or colleague (not necessarily in fiction) who is, or is generally regarded as, subordinate to the one they accompany. Radioresepsjonen is hosted by brothers Steinar Sagen (host) and Tore Sagen (technician), and Bjarte Tjøstheim (sidekick).
