The Tipra Motha Party (TMP), also known as the Tipraha Indigenous Progressive Regional Alliance, is a regional political party and previously a social organization in Tripura, India. 2023 Tripura Legislative Assembly Election
2023 Tripura Legislative Assembly elections were held on 16 February 2023 to elect all 60 members of the Tripura Legislative Assembly. The votes were counted and the results were declared on 2 March 2023. The Bharatiya Janata Party won a simple majority, defeating its rivals Secular Democratic Forces and the Tipra Motha Party. Twipra Students' Federation (TSF) was founded on 25 October 1968 as a platform for nationalist students' federation of Tripura, specially among the indigenous people of Tripura. The Tripuri (also known as Tripura, Tipra, Twipra, Tipperah) are a Tibeto-Burman-speaking ethnic group of Bangladesh and Northeast Indian state of Tripura.
