Betty Chung
Betty Chung (born 1947) is a former Hong Kong recording artist and actress popular during the 1960s and 1970s. She sings in English and Mandarin. Life and career Betty Chung was born in Hong Kong. Her ancestral hometown is Chengdu (成都市)，Sichuan Province. In 1963, she won a singing contest at the age of 16. She appeared in various TV commercials, TVB shows, and movies, including Enter the Dragon. Chung left Hong Kong showbiz in the 1980s. She married famous songwriter Chris Babida (Chinese: 鮑比達) but then divorced. She has one son and resides in California. Traditional Chinese characters are one type of standard Chinese character sets of the contemporary written Chinese. Chris Babida is a composer, arranger, conductor, music director and record producer. He has also done numerous film soundtracks. His film work includes ''Dragon Force'' which was released in 1982, ''Happy Sixteen'' also released in 1982, '' Sworn Brothers'' which was released in 1987, '' Armour of God II: Operation Condor'' which was released in 1991, ''C'est la vie, mon chéri'' which was released in 1993 and '' Bishonen'' which was released in 1998. ''Where Are They Now?'' (Traditional Chinese: 友緣相聚) is a show hosted by Lydia Shum in 2006, and was shown on TVB in 2006, as well as on Fairchild TV in Canada in 2007 and 2008.
