Betty Blue (model)
Betty Blue (August 14, 1931 – August 23, 2000) was an American model and actress and was ''Playboy'' magazine's Playmate of the Month for the November 1956 issue. Her centerfold was photographed by Hal Adams. A self-described nudist, Blue was a showgirl at the El Rancho Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas before becoming a Playmate, and posed for other men's magazines before and after joining the ''Playboy'' family. She also did additional nude photo shoots for ''Playboy'', usually anonymously, and can be seen in a mid-1990s topless shot in ''The Playmate Book''. Blue had a limited acting career, mostly in TV commercials and some B-movies. From 1957 to 1963, Blue was married to producer and director Harold Lime. They remarried in 1991. West Memphis, Arkansas
West Memphis is the largest city in Crittenden County, Arkansas, United States. The population was 26,245 at the 2010 census, ranking it as the state's 18th largest city, behind Bella Vista. ''Women in Revolt'' is a 1971 American satirical film produced by Andy Warhol and directed by Paul Morrissey. The film stars Jackie Curtis, Candy Darling, and Holly Woodlawn, three trans women and superstars of Warhol's Factory scene. It also features soundtrack music by John Cale. This film is notable as the last with Warhol behind the camera. During production from 1970 to 1971, Jackie Curtis insisted that Warhol shoot the film, or she threatened to leave the project. The film satirizes the Women's Liberation Movement, and alludes to Valerie Solanas and the ''SCUM Manifesto''. Plot Holly and Jackie form a small group of "women's libbers." They convince Candy, a wealthy socialite who has an incestous relationship with her brother, to join them at their meetings. The group needs Candy's membership to bring money and "glamour" to their cause. Its stated mission is "to help people from all over the world work together to find, record and present final disposition information as a virtual cemetery experience." The Playboy Mansion, also known as the Playboy Mansion West, is the former home of ''Playboy'' magazine founder Hugh Hefner who lived there from 1974 until his death in 2017. Heart failure (HF), also known as congestive heart failure (CHF), is a syndrome, a group of signs and symptoms caused by an impairment of the heart's blood pumping function. B-movies
A B movie or B film is a low-budget commercial motion picture. In its original usage, during the Golden Age of Hollywood, the term more precisely identified films intended for distribution as the less-publicized bottom half of a double feature (akin to B-sides for recorded music). However, the U.S. production of films intended as second features largely ceased by the end of the 1950s. With the emergence of commercial television at that time, film studio B movie production departments changed into television film production divisions.
