Beatrix Klein
Beatrix Klein-Szalay (born 19 January 1953) is a Hungarian former professional tennis player. A native of Budapest, Klein was Hungary's national singles champion in 1976 and represented her country in 10 Federation Cup rubbers. During her career she made three singles main draw appearance at the French Open and qualified for the US Open in 1981. The French Open (french: Internationaux de France de tennis), also known as Roland-Garros (), is a major tennis tournament held over two weeks at the Stade Roland Garros in Paris, France, beginning in late May each year. The US Open Tennis Championships is a hardcourt tennis tournament held annually in Queens, New York. Tennis is a racket sport that is played either individually against a single opponent ( singles) or between two teams of two players each ( doubles). Each player uses a tennis racket that is strung with cord to strike a hollow rubber ball covered with felt over or around a net and into the opponent's court.
