Bazar-e-Husn
''Bazar-e-Husn'' is a Pakistani drama film written by Pervez Kalim, co-directed by Javed Fazil and Sarwar Bhatti who co-produced it also, with Akhtar Bhatti and Akbar Bhatti. The film features Nadeem Baig, Salma Agha, Samina Peerzada, Jehan Zeb, Faisal Rehman and Rangeela. It was released on 9 September 1988 and was a box office success. The film won 6 trophies at 1988 Nigar Awards. Plot The film's plot revolves around a film director who wants to cast a beautiful and natural heroine for his next film. For this purpose, he enters in a kotha, chooses a tawaif and falls for her. Tariq is a famous film director who lives a happy life with her wife Abida and two children. Samina Peerzada
Samina Peerzada (, Punjabi, ) is a film and television actress, producer and director from Pakistan. Personal life Samina was born into an educated Kashmiri Butt family in Lahore, but was raised in Karachi, Sindh Pakistan. After graduating in commerce she chose to pursue a career in acting. After many successful years of acting in television dramas and minor roles in television advertisements Samina was cast in starring roles in several films. ''Pati Patni Aur Tawaif'' () is a 1990 Indian Hindi-language film directed by Rajkumar Kohli, starring Mithun Chakraborty, Salma Agha, Farha Naaz and Om Prakash. Faisal Rehman commonly known as Faisal is a Pakistani film and television actor, writer and director. He has worked in 36 films and many television shows. Biography Faisal Rehman's ancestors hail from Afghanistan with roots in the Mohammadzai clan of Kabul belonging to Barakzai branch of the Durrani confederacy. Naghma (actress)
Naghma Begum, or just Naghma (born 25 March 1945), is a Pakistani actress. She has worked in more than 350 Urdu and Punjabi movies from 1960 to 2018. In 2000, she was honoured with the "Lifetime Achievement Nigar Award" for her 50 years long acting career. For her contributions towards the television industry, she was honoured by the Government of Pakistan with the Pride of Performance in 2023. Mirza Nazeer Baig (born 19 July 1941), also known by his stage name Nadeem ( ur, ندیم) is a Pakistani actor, singer and producer. He has appeared in over two hundred films and has won the 1997 Pride of Performance award. In Pakistan Nadeem enjoys the same status as Amitabh Bachchan enjoys in India. Early life Baig was born in Vijayawada in modern Andhra Pradesh which, in 1941, was part of Madras Presidency in British India.
