Barrett, The Honors College at Arizona State University (formerly known as ASU University Honors College) is a university honors program. The honors college was first authorized by the Arizona Board of Regents in 1988 as a four-year, residential program on ASU's Tempe campus. Barbara McConnell Barrett (born December 26, 1950) is an American businesswoman, attorney and diplomat who served as the United States secretary of the Air Force from 2019 to 2021.
