Babbler is a French software company founded in September 2012 by sisters Hannah Oiknine and Sarah Azan. Babbler is headquartered in Paris and opened a second office in New York City in September 2015. South by Southwest, abbreviated as SXSW and colloquially referred to as South By, is an annual conglomeration of parallel film, interactive media, and music festivals and Convention (meeting), conferences organized jointly that take place in mid-March in Austin, Texas, United States.
