BJC HealthCare is a non-profit health care organization based in St. Louis, Missouri. BJC includes two nationally recognized academic hospitals – Barnes–Jewish Hospital and St. Louis Children's Hospital, which are both affiliated with the Washington University School of Medicine. Missouri Baptist Medical Center, known locally as MoBap, is a hospital in Town and Country, Missouri. Its origins were in 1884 when Dr. William H. Mayfield opened his home to patients. Florissant () is a city in St. Louis County, Missouri, within Greater St. Louis. It is a middle class, second-ring northern suburb of St. Louis.
