Barnes–Jewish West County Hospital (named Faith Hospital until its purchase by BJC HealthCare) is a 108-bed hospital within Greater St. Louis in the western St. Louis County, Missouri suburb of Creve Coeur. The hospital is located along the major arterial Olive Boulevard (Missouri Route 340), one mile west of Interstate 270. The campus consists of Washington University School of Medicine and private practice physicians. Creve Coeur is a city located in mid St. Louis County, Missouri, United States, a part of Greater St. Louis. Its population was 18,834 at the 2020 census. Route 340 also called Clarkson Road or Olive Boulevard is a highway in the St. Louis metropolitan area. Its western terminus is Route 100 (Manchester Road) in Ellisville, and its eastern terminus is at an intersection with Ferguson Avenue and Olive Boulevard in University City. The stretch of Route 340 between Manchester Road and the Interstate 64 / U.S. 40 / U.S. 61 interchange is known locally as Clarkson Road. Interstate 270 (I-270) makes up a large portion of the outer belt freeway in Greater St. Louis. The counterclockwise terminus of I-270 is at the junction with I-55 and I-255 in Mehlville, Missouri; the clockwise terminus of the freeway is at the junction with I-55 and I-70 north of Troy, Illinois.
