Bulgarian Lev
The lev ( bg, лев, plural: / , ; ISO 4217 code: BGN; numeric code: 975) is the currency of Bulgaria. In old Bulgarian the word "lev" meant "lion", the word 'lion' in the modern language is ''lаv'' (; in Bulgarian: ). The lev is divided in 100 ''stotinki'' (, singular: , ). Stotinka in Bulgarian means "a hundredth" and in fact is a translation of the French term "centime". Grammatically the word "stotinka" comes from the word "sto" (сто) - a hundred. Since 1997, the lev has been in a currency board arrangement with initially the Deutsche Mark at a fixed rate of BGL 1000 to DEM 1. Baglung Airport
Baglung Airport , also known as Balewa Airport, is a domestic airport serving Baglung, a municipality located in the western region of Gandaki Province of Nepal. History Baglung Airport was originally opened in 1973 but ceased to operate after road access to Pokhara was established in 1992. On 14 January 2018, the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal, airline companies and the Baglung municipality signed an agreement to reopen the airport. On 14 March 2018, Tara Air conducted its test flight to the airport, officially reopening it 26 years after its closure. Facilities The airport resides at an elevation of above mean sea level. Bugle Railway Station
Bugle railway station serves the village of Bugle in Cornwall, England. The station is situated on the Atlantic Coast Line, measured from . All trains are operated by and the station is managed by Great Western Railway. History The first railway here was a horse-worked line from Par Harbour to "near the Bugle Inn" at Molinnis. It was built by Joseph Treffry and opened on 18 May 1847. On 1 June 1874 a new line was opened by the Cornwall Minerals Railway. Running beyond Par to Fowey, and continuing past Molinnis to join up with another of Treffry's tramways to Newquay. A passenger service was introduced on 20 June 1876 when a station with a single platform on the north side of the line was provided at Bugle. BGL is a Canadian artist collective composed of Jasmin Bilodeau (b. 1973, Lac-Mégantic, QC), Sébastien Giguère (b. 1972, Arthabaska, QC ) and Nicolas Laverdière (b. 1972, Québec, QC). The artist collective have been active since 1996 since completing their studies together at Laval University in Québec City, Canada. Bombe Guidée Laser (BGL) laser-guided bombs were developed by Matra (now MBDA) starting in 1978. The guidance system had to work using the same principles as the US Paveway guided bombs. The guidance kits were intended as modifications to existing free fall bombs that were in service with the French Air Force. The semi active laser homing (SALH) guidance system was developed starting from the AS-30 laser-guided missile sensor. The guidance system allowed for in-flight target illumination by the aircraft-mounted ATLIS 2 (Automatic Tracking Laser Illumination System) or with ground-based laser designator targeting pod.
