Artur Yedigaryan
Artur Yedigaryan ( hy, Արթուր Եդիգարյան; born 26 June 1987) is a retired Armenian football player played as midfielder. He is currently the assistant manager of Sevan FC. A former regular Armenia national football team player, since 2018 more focused on Western Armenia national football team in their CONIFA tournaments, Yedigaryan is a player who was instrumental in both FC Pyunik four consecutive Armenian championships from 2006 and 2009, and, most recently, FC Alashkert dominance by winning three consecutive Armenian championships between 2015 and 2018. In between he had earned valuable experience abroad in Iran, Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, where he won one cup, and the latest, in Serbia. The VBET Armenian Cup ( hy, Հայաստանի Անկախության Գավաթ) is the main football cup competition of Armenia. In its original form as the Armenian Cup, it started in 1939, when Armenia was a republic of the Soviet Union. The 2009 Armenian Premier League season was the eighteenth since its establishment. The season began on 21 March 2009 and ended on 7 November 2009. FC Pyunik were the defending champions. There were no teams promoted from the previous season of the First League. Therefore, Kilikia FC play another season in the top league. Only 8 teams were allowed to play in the 2009 Armenian Premier League. The league was played in four stages. Teams played each other four times, twice at home and twice away. The 2008 Armenian Premier League season (known as ''STAR National Football League'' due to sponsorship reasons) was the seventeenth since its establishment. It started on 6 April 2008, while the last matches were played on 15 November 2008. FC Pyunik were the defending champions. The Yerevan side won their seventh consecutive league title the previous season, their tenth overall. FC Dinamo Yerevan were supposed to be the team to get promoted, but they withdrew from the Premier League, and were disbanded. The Armenian Premier League ( hy, VBET Հայաստանի Պրեմիեր Լիգա, known as the VBET Armenian Premier League for sponsorship reasons) is the top association football, football competition in Armenia. The 2014 Kazakhstan Cup is the 23rd season of the Kazakhstan Cup, the annual nationwide football cup competition of Kazakhstan since the independence of the country.
