Andres Metsoja
Andres Metsoja (born 25 November 1978 in Vändra, Pärnu County) is an Estonian politician. He has been a member of the XIII and XIV Riigikogu. He is graduated from International University Audentes in business management. He has also studied in strategic management at University of Tartu. From 2010 to 2015 he was Pärnu County Governor. Since 2004 he is a member of Res Publica/Pro Patria and Res Publica Union Isamaa is a Christian-democratic and national-conservative political party in Estonia. It was founded on 4 June 2006 under the name of "Pro Patria and Res Publica Union", by the merger of two conservative parties, Pro Patria Union and Res Publica .../Isamaa Party. Since 2017 he is the chairman of Pärnu City Council. International University Audentes (IUA; et, Rahvusvaheline Ülikool Audentes) was Estonia's largest private university, situated in the country's capital city Tallinn. As of 1 July 2008, it has merged with Tallinn University of Technology (TUT) and will constitute TUT's Faculty of Economics and Business Administration.
