Cadbury, formerly Cadbury's and Cadbury Schweppes, is a British multinational confectionery company fully owned by Mondelez International (originally Kraft Foods) since 2010. MacRobertson's
MacRobertson's, officially the MacRobertson's Steam Confectionery Works, was an Australian company that produced chocolates and various other confectionery. The company was founded in 1880 by Sir Macpherson Robertson and takes its name from a combination of his first and last name. The company was based for over 100 years in Fitzroy, Victoria, but later moved to Ringwood, Victoria. The company also became known for introducing chewing gum and cotton candy (known in Australia as "fairy floss") to Australia. Macpherson Robertson died in 1945 and in 1967 his heirs sold the company to English confectioner ''Cadbury'', which in 1969 merged with ''Schweppes Australia'' to become ''Cadbury Schweppes Australia''. Milk Tray is a brand of boxed chocolates currently manufactured by Cadbury. Introduced by Cadbury UK in 1915, it is one of the longest running brands in the confectioner's portfolio. Milk Tray is sold in Australia, Canada, Republic of Ireland, Ireland, New Zealand, New York City, South Africa and the United Kingdom. The name 'Tray' derived from the way in which the original assortment was delivered to the shops. Cadbury Flake
Flake is a British brand of chocolate bar currently manufactured by British chocolate company Cadbury consisting of thinly folded milk chocolate. The bar has a unique crumbly texture, and softens but does not melt when heated. History The original Flake product was first developed in 1920 and was discovered by chance by an employee of Cadbury's at the Bournville factory who noticed thin streams of excess chocolate falling from moulds cooled into flaky ripples. By 1930, Cadbury's was selling half-length Flake specifically for prodding into vanilla soft serve ice cream in a cone (" 99 Flakes") which was served by ice cream vendors.
