Ali Asghar Modir Roosta
Ali Asghar Modirrousta ( fa, علی اصغر مدیر روستا , born July 25, 1968) is a retired Iranian football striker and now coach. Modir Roosta is a former member of Iran national football team. He was also a Futsal player and appeared for Iran national futsal team at the FIFA Futsal World Cup 1992. Club career He played for a few clubs in Iran, most notably Pas Tehran, and later in his career Paykan F.C. In season 1996/97, he became the top goalscorer in Iran's top division football league by scoring 18 goals for Bahman FC, helping the club to finish second in the overall standings, just behind the season's champion Persepolis FC. Azadi Stadium
The Azadi Stadium ( fa, ورزشگاه آزادی Varzešgâh''-è Âzâdi''), opened as the Aryamehr Stadium ( fa, ورزشگاه آریامهر Varzešgâh-è ''Âryâmehr''), is an all-seater football stadium in Tehran, Iran. In sport, a cap is a player's appearance in a game at international level. The term dates from the practice in the United Kingdom of awarding a cap to every player in an international match of rugby football and association football. In the early days of football, the concept of each team wearing a set of matching shirts had not been universally adopted, so each side would distinguish itself from the other by wearing a specific sort of cap. Persepolis Football Club ( fa, باشگاه فوتبال پرسپولیس, Bâšgâh-e Futbâl-e Perspolis) is an Iranian professional football club based in Tehran, that competes in the Persian Gulf Pro League. Persepolis was founded in 1963 by Ali Abdo and has been in the first division of Iranian football since 1968. Persepolis also had three teams in bowling, basketball and volleyball in its first years of establishment.
