The Academy of Performing Arts in Sarajevo () is a faculty within the University of Sarajevo in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, dedicated to the performing arts. History The Academy of Performing Arts in Sarajevo was officially opened in 1981 with the inaugural Department of Acting. This was followed by the opening of the Department of Directing in 1989, the Department of Dramaturgy in 1994 and the Department of Production in 2010. An important segment of the academy's practice is its cooperation with the Open Stage "Obala", a prominent Sarajevo theater, where students present their works along with professional actors, directors and writers. ''Remake'' is a 2003 Bosnian war film directed by Dino Mustafić, produced by Enes Cviko and Martine de Clermont-Tonnerre. The film is a Turkish-French co-production. The movie is about a 16-year-old boy who has to repay his dead father's debt. In order to collect money, his friend and he get involved in Sarajevo's underground crime. Plot At the traditional Muslim funeral service for his father, Fikret Varupa a sixteen-year-old boy from Sarajevo, learns that his father owes money to Hamid, a man he does not even know. The debt is considerable and Hamid does not want it to go to the grave with the body, so the debt automatically passes from the father to the son.
