Adam Etches
Adam Etches (born 26 January 1991) is a retired British professional boxer who fought at middleweight. Starting out and amateur career Etches started out as a kickboxer and won various titles and trophies but decided to take up boxing as it was a more viable career option for him. Etches quickly progressed in the unpaid side of the sport and reached the semi-finals of the 2009 Novice Amateur Boxing Association Championships. However, when he was defeated he was asked by Hatton Promotions Head of Boxing Richard Poxon to turn professional. Professional career Etches vs. Walsh Etches made his professional debut at the De Vere Whites Hotel in Bolton and stopped Lester Walsh in two rounds. Ricky Hatton
Richard John Hatton (born 6 October 1978) is a British former professional boxer who competed between 1997 and 2012, and has since worked as a boxing promoter and trainer. During his boxing career he held multiple world championships at light-welterweight and one at welterweight. BoxRec ranks Hatton as the 11th greatest European fighter of all time and 5th greatest British fighter of all time, pound for pound. In 2005 he was named Fighter of the Year by '' The Ring'' magazine, the Boxing Writers Association of America, and ESPN. John Ryder (boxer)
John Ryder (born 19 July 1988) is a British professional boxer. He has held the WBO interim super-middleweight title since 2022, having previously held the WBA interim super-middleweight title in 2019. At regional level he has challenged twice for the British middleweight title in 2013 and 2015, and once for the British super-middleweight title in 2017. IBF International Middleweight Championship
The International Boxing Federation (IBF) is one of four major organizations recognized by the International Boxing Hall of Fame (IBHOF) which sanctions professional boxing bouts, alongside the World Boxing Association (WBA), World Boxing Council (WBC) and World Boxing Organization (WBO). Bolton
Bolton (, locally ) is a large town in Greater Manchester in North West England, formerly a part of Lancashire. Hatton Promotions is a promotional company headed by former two-weight world champion Ricky Hatton with Richard Poxon as Director of Boxing. Starting up On 4 February 2009, Hatton Promotions was officially launched at a press conference in which Ricky Hatton's fight with Manny Pacquiao was also announced. The company is based in Hyde, Manchester and comprises a state of the art fitness suite, a large boxing gym with two full-size rings and offices.
