''A Lively Mind'' is the second studio album from the English electronic music producer Paul Oakenfold, released under the name Oakenfold. The album is the follow-up to Oakenfold's 2002 debut '' Bunkka''. The single "Faster Kill Pussycat" features Brittany Murphy and is one of many collaborations to appear on the album, with other collaborators including Pharrell Williams, Grandmaster Flash and Ryan Tedder of OneRepublic. ''Bunkka'' is the debut studio album by English electronic musician and producer Paul Oakenfold, released under the name Oakenfold. It was released in 2002 under the Maverick label. It is also Oakenfold's best selling album to date, with sales exceeding 1,000,000 copies worldwide. In response to how his dance-focused audience would react to the album, Oakenfold said "I hope they realise that in any forms of music you need to push the boundaries. I've been inspired by all kinds of music, from hip-hop to guitars to dance, and hopefully the dance audience will understand that." The album was released to mixed reviews. Grace was a 1990s British dance music act, consisting of the DJs Paul Oakenfold and Steve Osborne and the jazz singer Dominique Atkins. The group's first single, "Not Over Yet" (originally released in 1993 and then again in 1995), had lead and backing vocals by the original frontwoman Patti Low. Atkins recorded her own lead vocals for "Not Over Yet" when it was included as the first track on the group's only album '' If I Could Fly''. History The group was initially named State of Grace, shortened to Grace following the discovery of another group of the same name. In existence from 1993 to 1997, the group served mainly to showcase Oakenfold and Osborne's production talents. "Not Over Yet" is a song by British dance act Grace. Originally released to clubs in 1993, under the band name State of Grace, it was re-released in 1995 as the first single from their only album, '' If I Could Fly'' (1996). It peaked at number six on the UK Singles Chart and reached number-one on the US '' Billboard'' Hot Dance Music/Club Play chart. Lead vocals and backing vocals were performed by singer Patti Low. In 1995, the lead vocals were replaced by new frontwoman and singer, Dominique Atkins for the album release, although Low's backing vocals remained in place. This Atkins/Low combination appeared on all subsequent re-releases and remixes of the track. The woman who appear in the accompanying music video is Low. "Sex 'n' Money" is a song by DJ Oakenfold from his second solo artist release ''A Lively Mind'', featuring the vocals of Pharrell Williams. Music video The animated music video based on the fable of Cupid and Psyche, and directed by Christopher Heary, shows Cupid (seen in the CD cover) arriving next to a limousine to a party at "Club Perfecto". The club is full of silhouettes of woman dancing and doorways with half opened doors with hints of seedy goings on. Eventually one beautiful woman "Psyche" (non silhouette) follows Cupid and eventually starts a fight on top of the limousine as it moves through an infinite club. Cupid fires a machine gun that shoots golden coins. The woman fires her pistol, which shoots lipstick, that turns into lips, which grow hair and fangs. At the very end Cupid gets bitten by the fangs and the limousine they battle on explodes and both, Cupid and Psyche, lay in front of Graffiti covered wall that reads "What we desire Destroys US!". Weighted Mean
The weighted arithmetic mean is similar to an ordinary arithmetic mean (the most common type of average), except that instead of each of the data points contributing equally to the final average, some data points contribute more than others.
