Austin Gibbs
Austin Gibbs (born 1986) is an American musician. Gibbs was born in Houston, Texas, on December 17, 1986, and spent much of his childhood in Southern California. After a move to Mesa, Arizona, in 2001, he formed Austin Gibbs and the States. The group released a self-recorded demo in 2007. In the spring of 2008, Austin Gibbs and the States won a battle of the bands to perform on the main stage at the Circle K Tempe Music Festival. The group went on to perform at Bamboozle Left. In January 2009, he recorded a self-titled EP with Bob Hoag Bob Hoag is an American record producer, songwriter and musician based in Mesa, Arizona. Indie rock is a Music subgenre, subgenre of rock music that originated in the United States, United Kingdom and New Zealand from the 1970s to the 1980s. Originally used to describe independent record labels, the term became associated with the music they produced and was initially used interchangeably with alternative rock or "Pop rock, guitar pop rock". ''Brighten'' is the third solo album by Alice in Chains guitarist and vocalist Jerry Cantrell. It was released on October 29, 2021, and it is Cantrell's first independent album. The first single, " Atone", was released on July 29, 2021. The second single, "Brighten", was released on September 10, 2021. The third single, "Siren Song", was released on October 21, 2021. Bob Hoag is an American record producer, songwriter and musician based in Mesa, Arizona. In 2005, he was recruited to be the pianist and keyboardist for American rock band The Ataris. Career Hoag wrote songs for his group, The Go Reflex, as well as his previous group, Pollen. His main band, The Go Reflex, includes Kevin Scanlon from the now defunct band, Pollen (Hoag played the drums and wrote the songs). In The Go Reflex, Hoag once again writes the songs but also sings and plays piano as well as drums.
