Austin FC II is an American professional soccer team that is located in Austin, Texas. It is the reserve team of Austin FC and participates in MLS Next Pro. History On August 4, 2022, Austin FC was named as one of seven MLS clubs that would field a team in MLS Next Pro league beginning in the 2023 season. Austin's team, named Austin FC II, develops players in a professional environment, providing a pathway from MLS Next to Major League Soccer. Brett Uttley, a former assistant coach with Inter Miami CF, was announced as the first head coach for Austin FC II on December 13, 2022. The team will consist of players signed directly with Austin FC II, those with first team contracts with Austin FC, and players on AmateurAgreements from the Austin FC Academy. The team will train at the St. David's Performance Center in Austin alongside both the first team and academy teams. YETI is an American manufacturer specializing in outdoor products such as ice chests, vacuum-insulated stainless-steel drinkware, soft coolers, and related accessories. They are based in Austin, Texas. History YETI was founded by Roy and Ryan Seiders in 2006. The brothers grew up in Driftwood, Texas, and spent a large portion of their childhood outdoors. The 2024 MLS Next Pro season will be the third season of MLS Next Pro, the second-tier league of Major League Soccer. It is expected that the season will begin on March 15 and conclude on October 6. Austin FC II and the Colorado Rapids 2 are the defending playoff and regular season champions, respectively. Two independent clubs, Carolina Core FC and Chattanooga FC will begin play in the league. Valentin Noël (born 27 April 1999) is a French professional football player who plays as a midfielder for Las Vegas Lights FC of the USL Championship. Career Youth and college Noël was born and raised in Niort, France playing for his hometown club Chamois Niortais F.C. as a youth player, earning a selection to the reserve team Niort II, earning 34 caps and 2 goals.
