Arnel Dedić
Arnel Dedić (born January 31, 1976) is a Croatian professional basketball coach and former professional basketball player. Career Playing career Born in Čapljina and a cousin of Jasmin Repeša, Dedić moved to Split, Croatia, Split at age 13 and played in the youth set-up of KK Split. With Split’s men’s team, he later played in the Croatian first division as well as in European club competition. A 196cm guard, Dedić also had stints at KK Slavonski Brod, KK Jolly Jadranska Banka, KK Jolly Šibenik, KK Bosna Royal, KK Bosna Sarajevo and HKK Zrinjski Mostar in his playing career. In 2006, he signed with Horsens IC of Denmark’s top-flight Basketligaen. His parents and younger brother had fled from the Bosnian War, war in Bosnia to Denmark in 1993. Čapljina
Čapljina ( sr-cyrl, Чапљина, ) is a city located in Herzegovina-Neretva Canton of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, an entity of Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is located on the border with Croatia a mere from the Adriatic Sea. The river Neretva flows through the city and flows into the Adriatic just over the border. The town's landmark is a statue of King Tomislav. The Church of Saint Francis of Assisi is also a prominent facet of the city. Brandon Tabb
Brandon Tabb (born December 25, 1995) is an American professional basketball player for CD Estela of Liga Española de Baloncesto. He played college basketball for Bethune-Cookman. College career Tabb attended Kecoughtan High School in Hampton, Virginia and averaged 19.8 points per game as a senior. Due to subpar academics, he did not qualify for Division I and attended the College of Central Florida for two years, where he averaged 15.3 points per game as a sophomore. He transferred to Bethune Cookman and averaged 18 points per game as a junior. Tabb set the single-season three pointer record as a junior at Bethune-Cookman with 106 treys. As a senior, Tabb averaged 19 points per game. He scored 34 points against Coppin State and Morgan State. At the conclusion of the regular season Tabb was named MEAC Player of the Year. Rapla KK, also known as Avis Utilitas Rapla for sponsorship reasons, is a professional basketball club based in Rapla, Estonia. The team plays in the Latvian–Estonian Basketball League. Their home arena is the Sadolin Sports Hall. History In 1996, Korvpalliklubi Rapla (Basketball Club Rapla) was founded as a division of the Rapla Sports School. Team FOG Næstved is a professional basketball team from Næstved, Denmark, playing in the best Danish basketball league, Basketligaen. The Bosnian War ( sh, Rat u Bosni i Hercegovini / Рат у Босни и Херцеговини) was an international armed conflict that took place in Bosnia and Herzegovina between 1992 and 1995. Jasmin Repeša
Jasmin Repeša (born 1 June 1961) is a Bosnian-born Croatian professional basketball coach and former player whose last coached team was Fortitudo Bologna of the Italian Serie A. Repeša has won numerous pro club competitions during his head coaching career, and he was also a somewhat successful basketball player during his youth, while playing for KK Čapljina early on in his pro career. Early life Repeša was a basketball player for his hometown team KK Čapljina during the 1980s. Coaching career On 21 June 2013, Repeša was appointed head coach of Cedevita of the Croatian League.
