The FIS Nordic World Ski Championships 2003 took place February 18 – March 1, 2003 in Val di Fiemme, Italy for a second time (1991). The ski jumping team normal hill held in 2001 was not held at this championships while the women's 30 km returned after being cancelled in the previous championships due to extremely cold weather. Sami Repo
Sami Repo (born 8 November 1971 in Simpele) is a Finnish former cross-country skier who competed from 1992 to 2004. He won a bronze medal in the 4 × 10 km relay at the 1998 Winter Olympics in Nagano. Repo's best individual finish also happened at Nagano with an 18th in the 10 km. Holmenkollen National Arena
Holmenkollen National Arena ( no, Holmenkollen nasjonalanlegg) is a Nordic skiing, ski jumping and biathlon venue located at Holmenkollen in Oslo, Norway. It consists of the large ski jumping hill Holmenkollbakken, the normal hill Midtstubakken and a stadium for cross-country skiing and a shooting range for biathlon. Nové Město na Moravě (; german: Neustadt in Mähren) is a town in Žďár nad Sázavou District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 9,800 inhabitants.
