Aqualys
Aqualys is the name given to the Intercités route between Paris and Tours via Orléans on the classic lines. History Even though this route had already existed for a long time, it was attributed this name after all its trains were renovated around the year 2000. This name is therefore the name of the train and not of the Railway which happens to be the historic line of the PO relaying Paris to Orléans and Bordeaux. The Aqualys therefore shares this line with the TER Centre trains Tours-Orléans and Orléans-Étampes-Paris, freight trains, the trains Paris-Royan, Paris-Madrid (the Talgo), Orléans-Nantes (the Interloire Interloire (or TER 200 Interloire) is a French train service run by TER Centre-Val de Loire and TER Pays de la Loire linking Orléans to Le Croisic via Blois, Saint-Pierre-des-Corps, Saumur, Angers and Nantes. Intercités
Intercités (before September 2009: ''Corail Intercités'') is a brand name used by France’s national railway company, SNCF, to denote non high speed services on the 'classic' network in France. SNCF established the Intercités brand in January 2006 to capture the remaining, mainly medium distance network of Corail (train), Corail trains, so called because they use the air-conditioned fleet of 'Corail' coaches introduced by SNCF from 1975. Intercités covers all the important SNCF routes not served by the TGV network. Since December 2011, the Téoz (long distance trains with obligatory reservation) and Intercités de Nuit (overnight sleeper train) brands have been re-integrated and the Intercités brand now covers all non-high speed SNCF national-network passenger services. Royan
Royan (; in the Saintongeais dialect; oc, Roian) is a commune and town in the south-west of France, in the department of Charente-Maritime in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region. Interloire (or TER 200 Interloire) is a French train service run by TER Centre-Val de Loire and TER Pays de la Loire linking Orléans to Le Croisic via Blois, Saint-Pierre-des-Corps, Saumur, Angers and Nantes.
