Anyone (band)
Anyone is a band from Southern California that was formed in the late 1980's by Riz Story, Taylor Hawkins and Jon Davison. The band would undergo many changes in name and members before their 2001 self-titled album was released on Roadrunner Records. Anyone is led by Riz Story, the band's lead singer, guitarist, songwriter and producer, and also the only member of the band that has remained since its inception. Former members include David Silveria (Korn), Jon Davison (Yes (band), Yes, Glass Hammer, Sky Cries Mary), Taylor Hawkins (Foo Fighters), and Gretchen Menn. The band toured in support of their debut studio album, notably at the Reading Festival, Leeds Festival and Lowland Festival, as well as American tours. Nu Metal
Nu metal (sometimes stylized as nü-metal, sometimes called aggro-metal) is a subgenre of that combines elements of heavy metal music with elements of other music genres such as hip hop, alternative rock, funk, industrial, and grunge. Jane's Addiction is an American rock band from Los Angeles, formed in 1985. The band consists of vocalist Perry Farrell, guitarist Dave Navarro, drummer Stephen Perkins and bassist Eric Avery. Rush (band)
Rush was a Canadian rock band formed in 1968 in Toronto, that was comprised primarily of Geddy Lee (bass, vocals), Alex Lifeson (guitar), and Neil Peart (drums, percussion, lyricist). The band formed in Toronto in 1968 by Lifeson, drummer John Rutsey, and bass guitarist/vocalist Jeff Jones, who was immediately replaced by Lee. Rakesh "Rick" Parashar (December 13, 1963 – August 14, 2014) was an American record producer, recording engineer and musician. Along with his brother Raj, he founded London Bridge Studio in Seattle, Washington, in 1985. During his career he worked with and helped develop many local artists, including Alice in Chains, Pearl Jam, Brandi Carlile and My Goodness. Gretchen Menn is an American guitarist and composer who has her own original instrumental work and is also the lead guitarist for Zepparella, an all-female Led Zeppelin tribute band.
