Antoine Méo
Antoine Méo (born 29 August 1984) is a French enduro rider and five-time world champion from 2010 to 2013 and 2015. Career A former motocross rider, he debuted in the World Enduro Championship in 2008 with Husqvarna, where he placed fifth. In the following year, Méo finished second to Mika Ahola in the E1 category. Continuing with Husqvarna, he won the world title in 2010 ahead of countryman Johnny Aubert. For the 2011 season, Méo moved to the E2 class and claimed his second title. He returned to the E1 class, winning the 2012 and 2013 titles with KTM. In 2009 and 2010, he won the International Six Days Enduro (ISDE) World Trophy with the French national team. Méo also won the Italian round of the 2007/08 FIM Indoor Enduro World Cup. In 2009/10 he got a second-place finish at the first race in Great Britain. FIM Motocross World Championship is the premier championship of motocross racing, organized by the Fédération Internationale de Motocyclisme (FIM), divided into two distinct classes: MXGP and MX2. Race duration is 30 minutes plus two laps per race. The series runs 18 events with two races per class at each round. Enduro Riders
Enduro is a form of motorcycle sport run on extended cross-country, off-road courses. Enduro consists of many different obstacles and challenges. The main type of enduro event, and the format to which the World Enduro Championship is run, is a time-card enduro, whereby a number of stages are raced in a time trial against the clock. Time-keeping enduros In a traditional time-keeping enduro, riders leave together in groups or rows, and each row starts at a certain minute. The object of the event is to arrive at pre-defined checkpoints according to a strict schedule. Early or late arrivals result in the riders' scores being penalized. Throughout a day there will also be allocated periods for refuelling and servicing the machine. Morelia
Morelia (; from 1545 to 1828 known as Valladolid) is a city and municipal seat of the municipality of Morelia in the north-central part of the state of Michoacán in central Mexico. 2008 World Enduro Championship Season
The 2008 World Enduro Championship was the 19th season in the FIM World Enduro Championship. The season consisted of eight events and 16 races. Last season's Enduro 2 champion, Honda's Mika Ahola, took his second world championship title now racing in the Enduro 1 class.
