Antoine Kina
Antoine Sylvain Kina (born 13 February 1996) is a Belgian professional field hockey player who plays as a midfielder or forward for Gantoise and the Belgium national team. He is the son of Belgian field hockey coach Pascal Kina. Club career Kina played for Gantoise until 2017, when he moved to the Waterloo Ducks. After one season with the Waterloo Ducks, he returned to Gantoise. International career Kina made his debut for the Belgium under-21 side at the 2014 EuroHockey Junior Championship where they finished fourth. He was a part of the Belgium squad that won the silver medal at the 2016 Junior World Cup. In January 2017, he made his debut for the senior national team in a test match against the Netherlands. He was not selected for the 2017 EuroHockey Championship so he played in the 2017 EuroHockey Junior Championship. Kina was named as the first reserve for the 2018 World Cup. Men's EuroHockey U21 Championship
The Men's EuroHockey U21 Championship is a men's international under-21 field hockey tournament organized by the European Hockey Federation. The tournament has been held since 1977 and serves as a qualification tournament for the Men's FIH Hockey Junior World Cup. In June 2023, the tournament was renamed from the Men's EuroHockey Junior Championship to the Men's EuroHockey U21 Championship. Competition format The tournament usually comprises 8 teams, while some editions have featured more and less. Teams are split into two pools, playing in a round-robin format. EuroHockey Nations Championship
The EuroHockey Nations Championship is an international men's field hockey competition organised by the European Hockey Federation (EHF) for the top eight European national teams. It is the top division of the EuroHockey Nations Championships. The tournament started in 1970. When the tournament is held close to the Summer Olympic games or the Hockey World Cup, the winner of the tournament is awarded a place in those competitions. Format Since 2005 the tournament is played in Divisions, normally consisting of 8 teams. The top division, containing the eight best national teams, is called the EuroHockey Championship, below which there is the EuroHockey Championship II, then the EuroHockey Championship III, then the EuroHockey Championship IV, and so on. Manu Stockbroekx
Emmanuel Stockbroekx (born 23 December 1993) is a Belgian field hockey player who plays for Orée and the Belgian national team as a defender. Club career Stockbroekx played in Belgium for Dragons until 2016, when he moved to the Netherlands to play for Bloemendaal. In April 2019, he announced he would return to Dragons after a three year stint at Bloemendaal. In his final season with Bloemendaal, he won the Dutch national title by defeating Kampong in the championship final. In June 2020, it was announced he joined Royal Orée for the 2020–21 season. 2017 Men's EuroHockey Nations Championship
The 2017 Men's EuroHockey Nations Championship was the 16th edition of the Men's EuroHockey Nations Championship, the biennial international men's field hockey championship of Europe organised by the EHF. It was held from 19 to 27 August 2017 in the Wagener Stadium in Amstelveen, Netherlands. The tournament also served as a qualifier for the 2018 Men's Hockey World Cup, with the winner qualifying. The 2014 Men's EuroHockey Junior Championship was the 17th edition of the men's EuroHockey Junior Championship, the biennial international men's under-21 field hockey championship of Europe organized by the European Hockey Federation. It was held alongside the women's tournament in Waterloo, Belgium between 20 and 26 July 2014. The tournament served as a qualifier for the 2016 Men's Hockey Junior World Cup, held in Lucknow, India in December 2016. Netherlands won the tournament for the eighth time by defeating Germany 5–2 in the final. Euro Hockey League
The Euro Hockey League is an annual men's field hockey cup competition organized by the EHF for the very top field hockey clubs in Europe. The competition was launched at the start of the 2007-08 field hockey season when it merged and replaced the men's EuroHockey Club Champions Cup (the champions competition) and the EuroHockey Cup Winners Cup (the Cup Winners' competition). Featuring many of the world's best players, the EHL is now seen as the pinnacle of club hockey in Europe (hockey's equivalent of the UEFA Champions League) with top clubs from across the continent playing what many consider to be the most exciting and dynamic club hockey in the world.
