Anthony C. E. Quainton
Anthony Cecil Eden Quainton (born April 4, 1934) is an American diplomat who served as the United States ambassador to the United States Ambassador to the Central African Empire, Central African Empire, Nicaragua, Kuwait, and Peru. Early life and education He was born in Seattle and educated at St. Michaels University School in Victoria, Canada. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Princeton University and a Bachelor of Literature from Oxford University, where he studied as a Marshall Scholar. Career Quainton joined the United States Foreign Service in 1959. As a Foreign Service Officer, he was posted to Sydney 1959–62, to Karachi 1963, to Rawalpindi 1964–66, and to New Delhi 1966–69. He spent 1969–72 at the United States Department of State in Washington, D.C., as the senior political officer for India in the Bureau of Near East and South Asian Affairs. Ronald Reagan
Ronald Wilson Reagan ( ; February 6, 1911June 5, 2004) was an American politician, actor, and union leader who served as the 40th president of the United States from 1981 to 1989. In addition, she has served as a "Diplomat-in-Residence" at the University of California, Davis. Alexander Fletcher Watson (born August 8, 1939) is a retired American ambassador and diplomat. Biography Watson was born in Boston, Massachusetts. He attended Harvard College, earning an A.B. in government in 1961, and joined the Foreign Service in 1962. He served as Vice Consul/Third Secretary at the American embassy in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, and in 1964 became Vice Consul at the embassy in Madrid, Spain.
