Anne Christine Winters (born June 3, 1994) is an American actress. She has played roles in the FX (TV channel), FX's series ''Tyrant (TV series), Tyrant'' as Emma Al-Fayeed, American Broadcasting Company, ABC's series ''Wicked City (TV series), Wicked City'' as Vicki Roth, and Netflix's series ''13 Reasons Why'' as Chlöe Rice.
