Anna-Carin Jonasson
Anna-Carin Jonasson (born 19 November 1971) is a retired Swedish professional golfer. In 1994 she won the Spanish Ladies Amateur and a bronze medal at the Espirito Santo Trophy. She played on the Ladies European Tour and the Ladies Asian Golf Tour between 1995 and 1998. Amateur career Jonasson had a successful amateur career and won the Finnish Ladies Open Amateur Championship in 1988 and was a semi-finalist at the 1992 SM Match Play. In 1994, she won the German Ladies Open Amateur Championship and the Spanish International Ladies Amateur Championship. She represented the Continent of Europe at the 1993 Vagliano Trophy and finished 4th representing Sweden at the 1993 European Ladies' Team Championship. Landskrona
Landskrona (old da, Landskrone) is a town in Scania, Sweden. Located on the shores of the Öresund, it occupies a natural port, which has lent the town at first military and subsequent commercial significance. Ferries operate from Landskrona to the island of Ven, and for many years there was also a connection to Copenhagen. Landskrona is part of the Øresund region. Maria Hjorth
Maria Anna Hjorth (born 15 October 1973) is a Swedish professional golfer. Early years Hjorth was born in Falun. As the youngest of three daughters to Kjell and Monica Hjorth, she first gripped a golf club at three years of age. Six years old, she traveled with her family, to compete in the unofficial Swedish Championship for children, the Colgate Cup, for girls up to 10 years of age. After the round, her older sister helped her to count the score. Nordic skiing was a main interest during winter time. At ten years of age, Hjorth also began playing curling and later became the youngest ever individual winner of the Swedish Championship in curling. Helene Koch
Heléne Elisabeth Koch (née Andersson) (born 9 May 1967) is a Swedish professional golfer. She played on the Ladies European Tour and was runner-up at the 1996 Costa Azul Ladies Open. Amateur career Koch was a member of the winning Swedish team at the European Ladies' Team Championship at Turnberry in 1987, together with Helen Alfredsson, Eva Dahllöf, Pia Nilsson, Sofia Grönberg, Malin Landehag and Margareta Bjurö. She teamed up with Helen Alfredsson and Eva Dahllöf again for the 1988 Espirito Santo Trophy, held at Drottningholm in Stockholm, where they finished second after the United States, the best Swedish finish to date. Åsa Gottmo
Åsa Gottmo (born 22 June 1971 in Kalmar) is a retired Swedish professional golfer who played on the Ladies European Tour 1993–2008. She won the 2002 Wales WPGA Championship of Europe and finished 5th in the Order of Merit twice. Amateur career Gottmo played for the National Team and represented Sweden at the 1990 Espirito Santo Trophy in New Zealand together with Jennifer Allmark and Annika Sörenstam. She won silver at the 1991 European Ladies' Team Championship at Wentworth Club together with Maria Bertilsköld, Charlotta Eliasson, Carin Hjalmarsson, Petra Rigby and Annika Sörenstam. Pernilla Sterner
Pernilla Sterner (born 2 December 1968) is a retired Swedish professional golfer who played primarily on the Ladies European Tour. Career Sterner made her debut on the Ladies European Tour as an amateur at the 1988 Danish Ladies Open where she made the cut. After graduating from San Jose State University, she turned professional in 1994 and joined the Ladies European Tour. A win proved elusive and her best result came as runner-up at the 1996 Marks & Spencer European Open at Hanbury Manor.
