Helene Koch
Heléne Elisabeth Koch (née Andersson) (born 9 May 1967) is a Swedish professional golfer. She played on the Ladies European Tour and was runner-up at the 1996 Costa Azul Ladies Open. Amateur career Koch was a member of the winning Swedish team at the European Ladies' Team Championship at Turnberry in 1987, together with Helen Alfredsson, Eva Dahllöf, Pia Nilsson, Sofia Grönberg, Malin Landehag and Margareta Bjurö. She teamed up with Helen Alfredsson and Eva Dahllöf again for the 1988 Espirito Santo Trophy, held at Drottningholm in Stockholm, where they finished second after the United States, the best Swedish finish to date. In 1987, she represented the Continent of Europe in the Vagliano Trophy. In 1986, Koch won the Finnish International Ladies Amateur Championship, and also the IBM Ladies Open on the Swedish Golf Tour (SGT), while still an amateur. SI Trygg-Hansa Open
The Swedish International Stroke Play Championship or Swedish International (SI) was a golf tournament played in Sweden from 1945 to 2007. It has been featured on the Swedish Golf Tour and the Challenge Tour. Named the Swedish Golf Federation 72-hole Stroke Play Championship at inception, it was known locally as the Svenskt Internationellt Slagtävlingsmästerskap (SISM) until it formally assumed the name Swedish International in 1984. Professionals and amateurs competed separately from 1945 to 1958, before being amateur only from 1959 to 1983, turning open to any golfer from 1984 with the introduction of the Swedish Golf Tour (SGT). Sofia Grönberg-Whitmore
Sofia Grönberg-Whitmore (born 25 May 1965) is a Swedish professional golfer. She played on the Ladies European Tour (LET) between 1989 and 2001 and won three LET titles. In 1989 she also won a title on the Ladies Asian Golf Tour and its Order of Merit. Alongside Helen Alfredsson and Liselotte Neumann, Grönberg-Whitmore was one of the pioneers of women's professional golf in Sweden in the 1980s. Shani Waugh
Shani Waugh (born 2 September 1969) is an Australian professional golfer. She played on the U.S.-based LPGA Tour and Ladies European Tour, as well as on the ALPG Tour in her home country. Waugh turned professional in 1991 and joined the Ladies European Tour the same year. In 1997 she joined the LPGA Tour, where career highlights include finishing runner-up at the 2003 Chick-fil-A Charity Championship after a playoff with Se Ri Pak, and finishing third at the 2002 U.S. Women's Open behind Juli Inkster and Annika Sörenstam. Waugh won three times on the LET between 1996 and 2005. Carin Koch
Anna Carin Pernilla Hjalmarsson Koch (née Hjalmarsson; born 23 February 1971) is a Swedish professional golfer who previously played on the Ladies European Tour and on the U.S.-based LPGA Tour. She was captain of the 2015 European Solheim Cup team. Amateur career Carin Koch had a successful amateur career. She represented Gullbringa Golf & Country Club, in Kungälv, north of Gothenburg, Sweden, just as elder Swedish female stars Kärstin Ehrnlund and Helen Alfredsson. The Aspeboda Ladies Open was a women's professional golf tournament on the Swedish Golf Tour. It was played annually from the inception of the tour in 1986 until 1997. It was always held at the Falun-Borlänge Golf Club in Aspeboda, Sweden. In 1986 the tournament was included on the Ladies European Tour and sometimes referred to as the Borlänge Ladies Open. Marie-Laure De Lorenzi
Marie-Laure de Lorenzi (born 21 January 1961, in Biarritz) is a French professional golfer. She is also known by her married name Marie-Laure Taya, and competed using that name until midway through 1989 when she reverted to her maiden name. De Lorenzi played for her country in the European Lady Junior's Team Championship, for players up to the age of 21, from she was 14 years old in 1975 until 1982 and was on the winning team in 1979. She also won individually in 1981. De Lorenzi joined the Ladies European Tour in 1987 and is now a life member of the tour, having accumulated 19 tournament victories on it. She played for Europe in the first Solheim Cup, which took place in 1990, and was also a member of the European team in 1996 and 1998. Kitrina Douglas (born 6 September 1960) is an English ex- professional golfer who played on the Ladies European Tour. Douglas won the British Ladies Amateur in 1982 and played in the 1982 Great Britain & Ireland Curtis Cup team. She played professionally on the Ladies European Tour, where she won eight times and was a member of the 1992 European Solheim Cup team.
