Andrew Wang (birth name Wang Chang Yuan) is a Chinese figure skating coach in Australia. He graduated from Harbin Sports University. He and his wife Helen Ma moved to Australia in 1996. He previously coached the Chinese national team. They are the parents of Tina Wang. Figure skating is a sport in which individuals, pairs, or groups perform on figure skates on ice. It was the first winter sport to be included in the Olympic Games, when contested at the 1908 Olympics in London. Harbin Sport University () is a university in Harbin, China, working with research on health and sports. In 2015, the announcement of a new Olympic winter sports center was made, to be set up at Harbin Sport University. Tina Wang
Tina Wang (born 13 December 1991) is a Chinese-Australian former competitive figure skater. She became the Australian national champion in the 2008–09 season and qualified to the free skate at two Four Continents Championships. Personal life Tina Wang was born in Qiqihar to Chang Yuan "Andrew" Wang and Hui "Helen" Ma, who were both national team coaches in China before the family moved to Australia. They settled in Sunnybank Hills. She is the cousin of Chinese ice dancer Zhang Weina. She is the aunty of three kids. Mia Zeng, Mike Zeng and Michelle Zeng. Those kids are Weina's children. Career Wang was coached by her parents in Brisbane. Her junior international debut came in October 2005 at a Junior Grand Prix event in Japan. Anthony Liu (born Liu Yueming on 4 July 1974) is a Chinese-Australian figure skater. A seven-time Australian national champion, he represented Australia at the 1998 Winter Olympics, where he placed 25th, and at the 2002 Winter Olympics, where he placed 10th. Personal life Liu was born on 4 July 1974 in Qiqihar, China. He moved with his family to Australia in 1994 and became a citizen in August 1996. Career Early in his skating career, Liu represented China under the given name Yueming. He placed 6th at the 1993 World Junior Championships and 21st at the senior World Championships later that season. He won the 1993 Winter Universiade.
