Andrea Álvarez (musician)
Andrea Álvarez ( Buenos Aires; May 23, 1962) is an Argentine musician (drummer, percussionist, singer and composer). She was part of Rouge, the first all female Argentine rock band, and accompanied many nationally and internationally renowned artists. At the end of the 1990s, she pursued her own projects. First, with the group Pulsomadre, and from 2001, as a solo artist releasing four studio albums, a live CD/DVD, and two EPs. Andrea was presented the Konex Award for "Best Female Rock Artist Of The Decade", and, in 2016 she was nominated by the Latin Grammy Awards for Best Rock Album for Y Lo Dejamos Venir. Juan Carlos Baglietto (; born June 14, 1956, in Rosario, Santa Fe) is an Argentine musician, singer and composer. He is one of the iconic figures of the musical movement called ''Trova Rosarina'', a famous generation of singers and composers based in the city of Rosario, who came to prominence during the 80's, and were famous for their groundbreaking work in pop music, with a sound rooted in rock, tango and " folklore argentino". Carlos Alberto Ficicchia Gigliotti (born March 27, 1963), known by his stage name Charly Alberti, is an Argentine rock musician, best known as the drummer of the influential Argentine rock band Soda Stereo. Because of this, he is considered one of the most important musicians of Latin and Spanish rock. He is the oldest son of Dolly Gigliotti and Argentine jazz drummer Tito Alberti. Rex Mix is an EP remix recorded by Argentine rock band Soda Stereo. It was their second effort EP and was released by Sony Music in 1991. The EP contains remixes and new arrangements of previous songs, two songs recorded live at '' Gran Rex'' Theatre in Buenos Aires (''Hombre al agua'', and ''No Existes''), and one new track: ''No necesito verte (para saberlo)''. Daniel Melero, then a frequent collaborator of the band, played an important role in this EP, doing remixes and bringing new concepts to the band. Alejandro Neciosup Acuña (born December 12, 1944), known professionally as Alex Acuña, is a Peruvian-American drummer and percussionist. Background Born in Pativilca, Peru, Acuña played in local bands such as La Orquesta de los Hermanos Neciosup from the age of ten. Acuña then followed his brothers and moved to Lima as a teenager. At the age of eighteen he joined the band of Perez Prado, and in 1965 he moved to San Juan, Puerto Rico. In 1974 Acuña moved to Las Vegas, working with artists such as Elvis Presley, The Temptations, and Diana Ross, and the following year he joined the jazz-fusion group Weather Report, appearing on the albums ''Black Market'' and '' Heavy Weather''. Alejandro Federico Lerner (born June 8, 1957) is an Argentine musician and singer-songwriter. He has written and sung countless songs including several hits, and his fame and recognition spread all over South America.
