Alina Robert is a Cuban actress, model and host. She currently resides in Miami, Florida. Robert, a native of Havana, moved to the United States in 2008. HBO Latin America was a company that owned and distributed several television channels in the region of Latin America. It was originally founded as a joint venture between WarnerMedia, Time Warner and Ole Distribution, Ole Communications in 1991 with the launch of HBO in the region. The HBO Brasil, HBO Brazilian channel was launched in 1994. In 1990s Sony and The Walt Disney Company, Disney became shareholders and left in 2010. The Mirabal sisters ( es, hermanas Mirabal ) were four sisters from the Dominican Republic, three of whom (Patria, Minerva and María Teresa) opposed the dictatorship of Rafael Trujillo () and were involved in clandestine activities against his regime. The three sisters were assassinated on 25 November 1960. The last sister, Adela "Dedé", who was not involved in political activities at the time, died of natural causes on 1 February 2014.
