Albayrak Group is a Turkish multinational conglomerate company based in Istanbul, Turkey. For the first three decades it was a construction company, but since 1982 it has expanded into other sectors, including transport and logistics, waste management, and media.AlbayrakHistory It acquired the ''Yeni Şafak'' newspaper in 1997. Sadık Albayrak
Sadık Albayrak (born 15 February 1942) is a Turkish journalist and author of around 40 books. He ran for parliament in 1977 general election from National Salvation Party. He again ran for parliament from Welfare Party in 1991 and 1995. His 1980 book ''Son devir Osmanlı uleması'' won an award from the Writers Union of Turkey. Trabzonspor Kulübü is a Turkish sports club located in the city of Trabzon. Formed in 1967 through a merger of several local clubs, the men's football team has won seven Süper Lig championships. Trabzonspor also have a women's football team, and used to have a men's basketball team. Trabzonspor are one of the most decorated clubs in Turkey. Show TV is a nationwide television channel in Turkey owned by Albayrak Holding since 2018, acquired from Sadık Albayrak which in turn seized from Ciner Media Group after Turgay Ciner was forced to sell due to tax debts.
