Alan Kearney
Alan Kearney (born 11 August 1987) is a footballer who currently plays in the National Premier Leagues Victoria 2, Australia. Kearney joined the Everton F.C. academy in 2003 from Maymount Celtic and represented the club at Under 17, Under 18, Under 19 and Reserve level. In February 2007 he joined League Two side Chester City on loan from Everton. After relocating to Australia, Kearney played for several seasons at Southern Stars FC before joining South Melbourne FC ahead of the 2013 season. In January 2014 he left South Melbourne FC and signed with Dandenong Thunder and was their vice captain for the 2014 NPL Victoria season. In late 2014, Kearney signed for Port Melbourne Sharks ahead of the 2015 season. Cork ( , from , meaning 'marsh') is the second largest city in Ireland and third largest city by population on the island of Ireland. The National Premier Leagues Victoria 2, commonly referred to as NPL Victoria 2, is a semi-professional soccer league in Victoria, Australia. The league is the second-highest in the Victorian league system, behind the National Premier Leagues Victoria, and forms the third tier of the overall Australian league system. Originally founded as NPL 1 in 2014, it has undergone several changes in competition structure since its inception. Port Melbourne SC is an Australian soccer club based in Port Melbourne, a suburb of Melbourne, Victoria. The club was formed in 1968 by local Greek Australians, and was promoted over the years to the Victorian Premier League in 1994. It spent the years 1994–2003 in the Victorian Premier League, winning the minor premiership twice, but was unable to secure the title during its time in the VPL.
