Aiden McCabe
Aiden McCabe (born 27 September 1987) is an Irish hurler who plays as a goalkeeper for the Kerry senior team. Born in Kilmoyley, County Kerry, McCabe was introduced to hurling in his youth. Kilmoyley are a Gaelic Athletic Association club in County Kerry, Ireland. They are located in North Kerry, the main hurling area of Kerry and are primarily hurlers. Leinster Senior Hurling Championship
The Leinster GAA Hurling Senior Championship, known simply as the Leinster Championship, is an annual inter-county hurling competition organised by the Leinster Council of the Gaelic Athletic Association (GAA). It is the highest inter-county hurling competition in the province of Leinster, and has been contested every year since the 1888 championship. The final, usually held on the first Sunday in July, serves as the culmination of a series of games played during May and June, and the results determine which team receives the Bob O'Keeffe Cup. Hurling ( ga, iománaíocht, ') is an outdoor team game of ancient Gaelic Irish origin, played by men. One of Ireland's native Gaelic games, it shares a number of features with Gaelic football, such as the field and goals, the number of players and much terminology. The same game played by women is called camogie ('), which shares a common Gaelic root. Pádraig Boyle
Pádraig Boyle (born 3 December 1993) is an Irish hurler who plays for Kerry Senior Championship club Ballyduff and at inter-county level with the Kerry senior hurling team. He usually lines out as a forward. Career A member of the Ballyduff club, Boyle first came to prominence at underage levels by winning minor and under-21 championship titles. He progressed onto the club's senior team and has since won four County Championship titles. Boyle first came to prominence on the inter-county scene as a member of the Kerry minor and under-21 teams that won All-Ireland titles in the respective second tier championships. He was still eligible for the minor grade when he was drafted onto the Kerry senior hurling team in 2011, ending the season with a Christy Ring Cup title. Daniel "Danny" Collins (born 1994) is an Irish hurler who plays as a center half forward for the Kerry senior team. Born in Kilmoyley, County Kerry, Collins first played competitive hurling during his schooling at Causeway Comprehensive School. Club Collins had enjoyed much success at club level in both football and hurling with Ardfert and Kilmoyley. As well as underage success with St Brendan's District. In 2012 he won a Kerry Minor Football title with the St Brendan's District team after a win over Kenmare District in the final. The National Hurling League is an annual Inter county, inter-county hurling competition featuring teams from Ireland and England. Founded in 1925 by the Gaelic Athletic Association, it operates on a system of promotion and relegation within the league system. The league has 35 teams divided into six divisions, with either five or six teams in each division. Promotion and relegation between these divisions is a central feature of the league. Although primarily a competition for Irish teams, teams from England – currently Lancashire GAA, Lancashire, London GAA, London and Warwickshire GAA, Warwickshire – also take part, while in the past New York GAA, New York also fielded a team for the latter stages of the league. The Kerry County Board of the Gaelic Athletic Association (GAA), or Kerry GAA, is one of the 32 county boards of the GAA in Ireland. It is responsible for Gaelic games in County Kerry, and for the Kerry county teams. The Kerry branch of the Gaelic Athletic Association was founded in the year 1888.
