Agó Páez Vilaró
Agó Páez (born 10 December 1954) is a Uruguayan plastic artist. Her work focuses on mandalas and the philosophy that supports them. Artistic training In 1976, Páez received her first drawing orientation from maestro Vicente Martín. The following year she studied painting in Buenos Aires, in the workshop of . In 1989 she began her studies in the workshop of Clever Lara, and in 1992 she began to study drawing with Professor and Martín Rodríguez. She took a color course in the workshop of Guillermo Bush in 1994, studied fine arts in Argentina, Brazil, and Uruguay, ceramics with Jaime Nowinsky in 1986, wood carving with Javier Nievas, and theater at the Theater Studies Center (CET) in 1991 where she decorated stages. Barrio Sur, Montevideo
Barrio Sur is a ''barrio'' (neighbourhood or district) of Montevideo, Uruguay. Location Barrio Sur is directly south of the Centro and is delimited by Canelones Str. on the North, Andes Str. on the West, the coastal avenue (the "Rambla") on the South and Dr Barrios Amorin Str. on the East. It is home to the Central Cemetery of Montevideo. History The history of Barrio Sur started around 1835 with the foundation of the cemetery. With the end of slavery in Uruguay, it became predominantly inhabited by Afro-Uruguayans. PLUNA Líneas Aéreas Uruguayas S.A. was the flag carrier of Uruguay. It was headquartered in Carrasco, Montevideo and operated scheduled services within South America, as well as scheduled cargo and charter services from its hub at Carrasco International Airport. Las Grutas is a beach resort town located in the Argentine province of Río Negro, in the department of San Antonio, with a stable population of 8,000 inhabitants. San Gregorio de Polanco is a small city in the Tacuarembó Department of northern-central Uruguay. Geography The city is located on a peninsula on the north shore of the artificial Rincón del Bonete Lake and along Route 43, about south of the department capital city of Tacuarembó.
