Nairobi ( ) is the capital and largest city of Kenya. The name is derived from the Maasai phrase ''Enkare Nairobi'', which translates to "place of cool waters", a reference to the Nairobi River which flows through the city. Ibrahim Mahama (born 29 January 1971) is a Ghanaian businessman, and the founder of ''Engineers and Planners'', the largest indigenous-owned mining company in West Africa, and the owner of several other businesses in Ghana including Dzata Cement Limited.
