Ad Astra Per Aspera (manga)
is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Kenjiro Hata. It has been serialized in Shogakukan's ''Weekly Shōnen Sunday'' since September 2015. Hata published the series on a monthly basis, with a "first season" of 7 chapters published until May 2016. Hata stated that he will release a "second season", but it has not been decided when it will be published. Its chapters have been collected in one ''tankōbon'' volume as of February 2016. Kenjiro Hata
is a Japanese manga artist, best known as the creator of the ''Hayate the Combat Butler'' series. He likes to collect anime related items, like figurines, and was once an assistant of Kōji Kumeta. He is married to voice actress Masumi Asano. Career Hata created ''Hayate the Combat Butler'', about a teenage boy who becomes a butler to a teenage girl. Shogakukan
is a Japanese publisher of dictionaries, literature, comics (manga), non-fiction, DVDs, and other media in Japan. Shogakukan founded Shueisha, which also founded Hakusensha.
