Aase Hansen (actor)
Aase Hansen (January 13, 1935 – February 25, 1993) was a Danish actress. She was born in Vigerslev in Søndersø. Hansen studied with Paula Illemann Feder and at the school of the Odense Teater from 1953 to 1956. In 1955, she played the role of Minna in the play ''Frisøndag''. She performed in various plays at the Andelsteatret (1957-58), the Aalborg Teater (1958-62), the and the (from 1968). Hansen went on to appear in seven films. She also appeared in several Danish television series including , ''Matador'' and ''Dr. Dip''. She received the Robert Award for Best Actress in a Supporting Role in 1985 for her performance in ''Tro, håb og kærlighed''. Paula Illemann Feder
Paula Marie Mathilde Illemann Feder (February 25, 1893 – November 1, 1967) was a Danish actor and educator. The daughter of Ernst Ferdinand Illemann and Ane Cathrine Jensen, she was born Paula Marie Mathilde Illemann in Copenhagen. She studied at the Royal Danish Theatre school from 1910 to 1912, also studying with Karl Mantzius and Anna Boserup. Her first performance as a student was at the Royal Danish Theatre in 1910; she had her debut at the Odense Teater in 1912; she performed there from 1912 to 1916, from 1927 to 1929 and from 1944 to 1967. In 1916, she went back to Copenhagen, where she performed at the Casino Theatre until 1919 and at the Folketeatret from 1919 to 1927. From 1930 to 1933, with her husband George Feder, she performed in a series of theatre shows. After that enterprise ended, she continued to perform until 1935, when she left the stage to help her husband with his evangelical work but returned to the stage in 1943. Aalborg Teater
Aalborg Teater is the main theatre in Aalborg, Denmark. Built in 1878, it was subsequently modified by Julius Petersen and was remodeled in 2000. Its address is still Jernbanegade (Railway Street), although the station and the theatre have both moved. The theatre has three stages and seats 870 in the main auditorium. There are 10-12 annual productions with a total of 250-400 performances, covering a wide selection of drama and musicals. Originally privately owned, it is now controlled and owned by the Danish Ministry of Culture. ''Matador'' is a Danish TV series produced and shown between 1978 and 1982. It is set in the fictional Danish town of Korsbæk between 1929 and 1947. It follows the lives of a range of characters from across the social spectrum, focusing specifically on the rivalry between the families of two businessmen: banker Hans Christian Varnæs, an established local worthy, and Mads (Andersen-)Skjern, who arrives in town as a travelling salesman as the series opens, and builds up a large business.
